    "We will know about it in the upcoming quarterly report"
    "We will know about it when debt is finalised".

    It would be appreciated if you didn't quote me out of context. The full sentence was;

    "So I'm guessing that if there is going to be any delay, we will know about it when funding is locked in"

    That is is not the same as;

    "We will know about it when debt is finalised".
