Imo, worst-case scenario, production would only truly begin end of Q1 2023. What caused the delay was changing the site location of the plant to the current location. Minbos applied for the land acquisition contract in Nov last year and even though the process was expedited, government being government (slow), we finally got all the permits for construction at the start of last month, a 7 month waiting period for permits.

Had we stuck with the plant configuration that was in the DFS but changed the plant location, I wouldn't be surprised to see production commence end of Q2 or even start of Q3 next year. However, we opted for the simplified plant design and a change in plant location, which saved not only money but also on construction time. Majority of the CAPEX savings came from steel, pipe and plateworks (bending metal, welding, assembly etc.), which takes up a significant amount of time, which is why I'm of the opinion that Q1 2023 would be when production starts.
