I've given you a TU because what you've said is substantially right.
However:

• The first statement is a fact.
• the second has an opinion and thus a speculative element.

I've held this stock for years.
At various times and for various elements of ( it's not been a monolithic regime) lost faith in management roughly corresponding to how much I've held.

As far as I'm concerned, there are two largely competing elements:

• the prospective opportunity from the assets.
• The belief in management's ability to deliver.

As a core tenet of efficient market theory, it's all in the current price. At the moment sentiment is a significant swing factor (it always is in speculative stocks).
