got out of PEN yrs ago.
they were a lifestyle mob.
had reasonable aspirations , shareholders specilated , but the directors never suffered.
now, and then, they cant manage the hurdles well.
people simply no longer trust them in my opinion
day traders mostly .speculatirs.
and more money needed.
bad newx for now or the price would be greater

hey and dofnt they make contracts uears ago for peants?
cant remember the outcome.
