That's another Wyoming uranium company, see link below.The interesting bit from a PEN point of view is around 13:00, where the CEO mentions that the state of Wyoming loaned approx. 34M to URE to build out their plant...
I assume Wayne would also be talking to the local state govt to get a similar loan, right?
