'borderline creepy' ?...I don't know? I don't see it that way....
The fact is he was FAT - possible high blood pressure? high bad cholesterol? elevated blood sugar? fatty liver? liver damaged by alcohol? - that last one hopefully not. (some more of 'borderline creepy' stuff, I know)
His lifestyle was not the best healthwise - booze and, by his own admission, lots of KFC, etc.
So, if he has stopped all that 'cold turkey' over a year ago now - no booze, no KFC - and started going to the gym 5-6 times a week and eats only healthy food, lost lots of weight, (possibly) improved of all of the above (high blood sugar & other.), overall health bodywise and mentalwise.
Wouldn't you say that 'he's taking a good care of his body'?
I call it like that because that's what it is.
