They know s/h are not happy. After all, do they not read here? Are they incapable of reading a chart?
But the approach will not change, you just have to look at other sectors to see how pig-headed and stubborn management and bureaucrats are these days.
It is considered normal and shareholders, customers, and voters can all get stuffed in this new normal. Just take what they can before the implosion that such an approach dictates; happens.
