One early warning sign was the management's use of a pr company 'corporate storytime' or similar, rather than engaging with shareholders directly.
I am a shareholder in FEX and if I write to the Executive chairman, he responds in days and often at weekends.
That is focussed management.
This was and is something quite different. Our only hope is they manage to get an attractive asset injection...
