seems that there is a matter of interpretation all subjective
the facts are > great drilling results > open dataroom since more than a year ago > more results / announcements anticipated... delay is disappointing > new shares issued - that is dilution > Share price from 30c - 3years ago; 18c 2 years ago, now struggling to hold 4.5c > market cap since more than aud100M a few months ago; now aud 62M > gold price from usd 1700 2 years; 1710 1 year ago... now it is hitting ceiling of usd2400 (aud 3300)
the reality is .... it is questionable.???
