In the absence of sealed haul roads, and even that might not be enough, or sufficient working capital to generate massive onsite Georgetown stockpiles it seems abundantly clear that an operation in this location is only good for production 2-3 quarters a year. Or at least it would be if the mill was not a broken down pile of shite.
