I am of the opinion that not all the outstanding bills/loans were paid as at Dec 31st.No mention made in the Quarterly of outstanding debts.
Do not count on the company having $9m in the bank after paying off what is owning. Go back to the AGM and determine what loans were outstanding. That was the reason to sell Rincon. It was not to have $9m cash in the bank.
I estimate that they only have enough cash for a few more months.Suggest you contact ADY for confirmation.
A capital raising would be on the cards before they could start up mining again.
