maybe they shouldn't signed JV with RIO last year, it seems that you are very unhappy with the drilling program this year which is managed by CHR but that is with consultation with RTX

should re-read the JV agreement again
it says "charger will manage the exploration programmes in consultation with RTX during the first year."
so what about second year onward? It didn't say anything about it so I assume that Charger will be the one make all the exploration decision
then that make sense that RIO will have their exploration plan for the first year hence "in consultation with RTX in the first year"
