I admit I didn't see the second capital raise coming in May 2024.. that caught me by surprise (and probably many others) but turned out to be a great move raising money at 10c with ALL Uranium stocks crashing to date

Seriously, stop trying to act like a hero and picking a fight. I get you're bearish PEN and I'm bullish PEN, but no one wants to read bickering/arguing back and forth

DOE debt loan is still under review is my guess and as I said from 29/3/24.. "whether PEN gets the loan or not" (ie it's not guaranteed), it's good to see DOE being supportive"

Oh and for me guessing/predicting 14c end of June when the SP was around 12c in May (actually cant remember exact date). Well should I (being bullish PEN) be sorry for personally thinking it could rise another 2c in 1-2 months?
