Insto prefer investing in a stock who in not subject? Can you please clarify what you mean by this? Or you didnt complete your sentence?

Let me clear this up for you. Institutional investors are savvy; they don't get distracted by share price alone. They assess a company's market cap, financial health, and fundamentals. This is exactly why a stock like MMI, trading at a 1 cent last year, still attracted over $40 million in institutional backing. Did they need a consolidation stopping pip players as you say?

As for liquidity—institutions value it highly. They need the flexibility to buy and sell significant amounts of stock without driving up or down the price themselves, which is impossible with an illiquid stock.

So no, your argument doesn’t hold up in the slightest. Next time, try using concrete examples, complete sentences, and some research.
