Why do you try and flame/bait me all the time?
As far as I know/understand, PEN still has an application with the DOE for debt/loan.. and it's still ongoing is my guess (see below from activities report 31/10/24).
I have no insider information so I go by only what the company releases in their ASX announcements and presentations
"The Company is in ongoing discussions with US Government funding agencies and other providers of working capital finance"
