    When will you realize it was YOUR fault and not the directors.

    You failed to adhere to any trading rules that any good trading book would admonish.

    And secondly, what kinda' senior person puts his retirement fund into a speccie like THR??

    Until you realize it was no other person's fault other than your own you could well repeat the same mistake!
