They took 5.55m ($100k) of the 6.66m, because the full amount would've pushed that holding beyond 5% substantial alone.. now sitting just below 5%
So, assume the other $20k went to yet another holding..
Does the 3STRZS holding mean the 7Sundays doesn't require another substantial increase notice?
