of course i have heard of them and even used them, but tell me how many times you have had to repeat yourself or wait online for a customer assistant,who was a human ? I tend just to hit the #key a few times.you also realise that the majority are U.S. based linguistically and they can hardly use English as a first language let alone transfer it into a machine successfully ,YET !
I'm just saying don't believe all you hear otherwise you'll end up ordering a tower with a bad lean and not a pizza.
In this short paragraph the system didnt even recognise , recognise unless I put a foul 'Z' in there , and another i corcted. How will a machine decipher my 'accent' ?
