    I think it is pretty clear that it only refers to the 15k not shipped as it states: "...The customer has prepaid for 65% of the product but elected to delay shipment of this product until Q1 2020."

    They can only delay shipment of product that has not already been shipped - which the 14,778 dmt has already been shipped.
