I dont bother reading most of the stuff here anymore. I'm sure it has been discussed to death, lol
But just being a stickler for exactly what was announced, as long as the pond lining process did in fact begin at the date they specified, they technically have no ongoing disclosure requirements for a delay, due to the fact that they didn't state when it would be completed.
A lack of pond liners in satellite imagery doesn't necessarily mean they didn't begin. I have no doubt there is more to the process than laying out a few sheets! Remember the 7 P's... Proper Preparation Prevents Piss Poor Performance.
Anyway, it seems if we follow all the information people have received via email / phone, there will not be any actual delay on the project due this pond lining fiasco.
So that's good.
