let me elaborate on what I said. I don't think it is an issue as it's a given IMO. I'd say it's down to formalising, maybe even holding off as long as possible to weather the storm of the market. no need to rush really. running some good numbers, best to wait for some market confidence to return which will come 2nd half next year. steady growth in the mean time
