surely it would be better to under promise and over-deliver....? the top brass have a lot of skin in the game here, and i would hope thats not causing them to make comments that arent warranted; putting predictions in writing about the weather and signing off take agreements in set time frames... if you don't set the target, you cant miss! the market clearly believes in his words, but holders will be mightily disappointed if the targets are not met, so here's hoping this time its different
