With regards to the CR, my guess is it's going to be in the next 2 months. I think they've wanted to do this for a while, waiting for a a SP rebound which hasn't had the catalyst.

Why? They could run this is existing operation they couldn't get away with it on existing finances.

As bad as he has been at scaling direct sales, surely Daffy realises he can't rely on a reseller model to scale something so novel. My guess the CR is for a greater safety margin of finances and to fund an overseas sales and marketing team
