You can’t be serious? At what point did the debt become doubtful yet they continued to blindly do work? Yeah great contract, only if you get paid... now it’s a disaster as there’s been what, $4m of costs incurred (assuming 50% margin), no contract, idle rigs and further costs to try and get back what is owed. Can’t see too much to like there.
im a holder and will continue to hold. But they have clearly dropped the ball with their controls and processes on this one.
