$8m in unpaid invoices. Someone was a sleep at the wheel. Bad management decision making to allow the situation to get to this stage. They should have stopped the services much sooner unless arrangement to pay were made. 'The cheque is in the mail' no longer works.
Poor contract / customer management. Bad debts are a cost of doing business, but an amount this large should not happen. Very disappointing.
