I have concerns with the amortisation and depreciation of the plant and equipment. depreciating 25% roughly is what I've worked out as an estimate.
noting 2021 target EBITDA of 40M (uplift from 34M)
net profit figures are landing at around EBIT:14M or 10M after tax.
up from 7M this year. so we are only looking at a gain of about 40% on profit... or indeed, the share price.
target price: 2021, 75c
hopefully I got the depreciation calc Wrong at 19M,
but I know the amortisation is correct.
any accountants can help here? cheers
