Unfortunately, I think you've captured the essence of it. 'Disappointing' is the operative word, particularly given that they'd painted a fairly upbeat picture of industry conditions in the quarterly report three months earlier.
Net debt up by $3.7mn q/q despite the $3.5mn sale of the Kirkalocka site rigs. Hmmn.
