Here's a question for you all.......where do you think MSV are going to get better bang for their buck.....expanding the rig fleet or in an on market share buyback up to 60c per share? I've done some workings, a buy back beats rig expenditure hands down at these levels. I'm not sure why they are not utilizing the buy-back they have in place. The balance sheet can accommodate it comfortably now. Apparently it was bought up at Board level some time ago but I've heard nothing since.
