this is on the nose; the utilisation rate is heading south. Earnings are coming off make no mistake, there is more drill rigs than there are holes to drill. The national fleet would be lucky to be at 50-60% utilisation and competition is brutal, does not matter how good your offering is you will be working for less per shift and margins shrink quickly when you have OH that support a large nationwide operation.
