    re: Ann: Quarterly Leasing Update and Asset R... hey guys don't know what everyone else thoughts are but mine are that this announcement was underestimated by the market.

    This is very positive shows valuations rising and generally the health of the company has turned a corner for the better. There has also been an increase in rents something we have missed out on for a while.
