Yep, Mr Market has been punishing anything declaring labour shortages or mobility issues- eg NRW etc.
I like MAD because there should nearly always be a ready stream of auto mechanics looking to get into something else. And you see plenty of their vehicles around the Perth metro so not all of their people need to go to the back of beyond for work.
