Never say never on risks, but the risks seem to be to the upside in the short to medium term.
I wonder how thinly spread the expertise was back then and as of today. Though, costs are specific to you deposit (byproducts, other minerals, impurities, etc) but I guess there are some good examples now - GXY, PLS, AJM have all reported similar costs over the past year.
