I think your questions are too broad and allow them too much leeway to waffle.
the type of questions I would ask....
What assurances have been given that the money is forthcoming? Is it a verbal over the phone or a written statement?
If the money was already in transit back in December, where is it now? It was announced to be available pending homeland security clearance, do you have any proof of this or was this just a phone conversation?
