So Purifloh managed to spend nothing on research, development, evaluation or anything else that could potentially add value to shareholders, yet managed to spend on administration and corporate costs, but put out a quarterly announcement that looked like it was prepared by a 10 year old ... (sorry to any 10 year olds, many of you would have better spelling on reflection)
They have 6.78 quarters of funding available, provided they keep spending on nothing other than administrative and corporate costs, just what all shareholders want to read... (NOT!!)
At least they are just borrowed funds
So the great AS has come to the conclusion that no testing for killing Covid is needed. Good grief, do these guys know anything about running a business??
Yes, ozone generators kill according to ...."Dr Sava advised that the Company had already provided enough proof of the FRG’s capability to destroy resistant spores, bacteria, viruses and fungi, including the MS2 bacteriophage"
If they had got an independent top lab to prove it killed Covid (even though we all know it will), it gives a huge marketing boost to any product that eventually gets brought to market. But even before then, it gets a boost in the press, with subsequent SP rise, which would help with the next cap raise and minimise dilution for existing shareholders.
Any director worth having would have wanted to do a lot of testing on Covid over the last year just to boost the SP at the very least. Have a look at Zoono that had products that worked against Covid, their SP took off..
Maybe one of the long term shareholders could write a new book, "Pitfalls to look out for in the stockmarket" or some such title, given the hopes, the consolidation, the new hopes, the billionaire, the new BOD, more new hope, another BOD, but ongoing stagnation etc..
At what point do investors here call uncle?? As in where do people draw the line for a failed investment??
If there is ever any products, they will just be competing in a small niche sector, already filled with other ozone generators, so where can any money be made?? Remember the company itself admits it's just an ozone generator in ambient air, the sort of air in homes, hospitals, etc..
Look at today's great new 'use' of the still unmarketed device ..."This initiative is expected to generate significant interest."
So it hasn't generated any interest yet, somebody 'expects' it will generate interest. Maybe use the word hope instead..
Why couldn't anyone just put an existing ozone generator up into the evaporative coils to sanitize them??
Despite using the words "unique solution" about using ozone to clean air conditioners, here's a paper from 18 years ago titled ...
"OZONE TREATMENT FOR PREVENTION OF MICROBIAL GROWTH IN AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS"
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&...na_a.pdf&usg=AOvVaw2MS4nmY3cwTSrEIECjI3Q6
If someone worked out that ozone was good for cleaning air conditioners 18 years ago, don't you think that many would already be doing it if there was a dollar to be made from it??
So Purifloh managed to spend nothing on research, development,...
