Also, the information assymetry is terrible. I was an equity analyst for 11 years so I am used to getting a pretty good handle on operational metrics. Just feeling in the dark here so reliance on management is higher and hence building credibility is very important. As long as the gold thematic holds they can bumble along and value will still be created. I do agree however that my expectations on operational performance has been overly optimistic
