Totally agree! this is one of my biggest investing mistakes of my life. This is not the type of company I want to be in.Poor communications...treating shareholders as second class non entities.Who is this Bill Parfeet anyway?A greedy republican who earnt his money with tricks or brown nosing into situations of benefit...a la trump...America First but really meaning me first.Just someone who has earnt a lot of money and sucked HC retailers into the stock. HC retailers were impressed with the amount of money thrown at PO3 but that is just pocket money to him.

I can give you all good CEOs who are shareholders friends and worry about their reputations...when you have the amount of money he has then the only thing in you have to worry about in business is your reputation...it is precious and needs to be polished every day.

No respect for shareholders...all this secrecy and opaqueness..even if I had invested in a high spec biotech or an exploration company there will be an end point...ie announcements of phase 1 trials or exploration results..I can live with high spec stocks but not this attitude of trust me I am god.Mostly no news is bad news on the market. As wise investors have said (Buffett) you have to know the company you are invested in ie management and the product that they are producing and the markets it would be sold into and the likely chances of success and all that comes from good communications with shareholders.Sadly I miscalculated
