You won't get an argument for me on the points you raise.....the easiest thing to do whether it be you or another investor is to illustrate your frustration directly to the company. Call them, email them or contact them by any other means necessary …… my point is, that if we think a keyboard warrior is going to change anything, then such a person is very much mistaken....
Like many listed companies out there, they don't give a rats about a HC forum or similar....but if the issues are addressed to the company, directly then one would assume they would be compelled to address them or at least it brings to their attention the dissatisfaction some shareholders may have !!!
