good point jumpstart , think they need a couple more opinions before they make changes , ie air injection , the last lot of changes were suppose to bring it up to speed and now it seems that has not worked to expectation, so no good throwing in good money for little return.
Changes can become an excuse for more downtime

Dropping tpa to 80% of nameplate seems a cop out really need to find the bottleneck , previously blaming the old ISA mill as being too small seems like it was not the problem after all, then there was the stirrer gear boxes then there was the shape of the agitators then insulation then an extra tank
Also blaming the tailings for inconsistency seems disengenuous as I would have thought the pilot plant would have tested the insitu tailings.
And why are C1 costs like double budgeted?
