So much happening.
Above all, I am pleased that BJ and the team are being open about what is occurring. That IMHO is why no major holder has sold, even after all the challenges being faced.
The 150,000,000 shares that might be place to Chinese interests will, I have no doubt be placed at a premium (I think CAMIF would insist it be so). So I think it could be anywhere from $0.05-0.08. But would be very happy if it was higher. That would bring in anywhere from $7.5-12 million at least. That coupled with the secured notes would put PGI into a much stronger position than it has ever been before.
What is most important, is that Las Lagunas is just the beginning.
All that being said, I guess until things actually happen, the market will not get excited by the plans afoot.
