Your are correct, you can't look short term anymore it's a long haul now. Wouldn't be surprised if its takes 5 yrs or more to get things in order and finally the shares getting some traction and moving up instead of down. DC are a frustrating government to work with. Another plant and project somewhere else maybe the way to go
