How do you know an announcement is pending?
Maybe it's a speeding ticket
The price rise was from a very low base. Volume was large for the company, but not relative to the number of shares on issue, so I'd be surprised if it required a speeding ticket in and of itself.
I'm not saying it wasn't a leaky ship.
In fact I hope it's some concrete news to keep share price ticking along.
