I truly suspect there will be no "on ground " detailed operational management push ( or "But Kicking" )

That is where PIL seem to let them selves down

" The devil is in the detail " as they say

PIL can drum up all the stats they like about the unbanked Philippines , size of the market , sophistication of use and take up of smart phones etc etc etc

It all means jack shit if they cant get new users to USE and continue to USE - becuse presumably a successful user might influence others to use.

Until they can prove that they can , then the number of agents they quote is possibly a useless statistic

Personally I think the PIL story is a bit of a fantasy

Lets see what the next quarterly brings - but dont expect any detailed operational content - perhaps they could include pics of the lunches and Latte's the senior management team are enjoying in Perth
