Is AGC still in business in some form or other and could WBC legitimately implement, use or borrow or be licensed to use the Z1P system for their own use without getting into some form of problem with AFRA? I suspect not and can only do so by being an arms length shareholder in Z1P. I 'm thinking out loud here, but why would WBC hand over or integrate their merchant technology without expecting some share of the business? Lots of options are possible except for a bank in Australia maybe. The only way to benefit is to help Z1P out a great deal at arm's length I'm thinking. Eg CBA and Aussie Home Loans.
