Good question - IMO it seems to be 'build it' and then 'go find something for it to do'.

I'm surprised the new factory is 'not yet licensed and commissioned' - still, if they're now advertising for staff to unload 50lb bags of stuff out of shipping containers for 10 hours a day, there must be something going on. I thought, what a **** of a job. I suppose these people do get a lunch break sometime in that 10 hours - (seriously, I wouldn't want to be upsetting anyone who's capable of doing this job. Haven't the kiwis heard about fork-lifts yet?).

And, as far as the SP goes, it looks like this report and progress has already been factored in to the current SP. I think there's been some interest outside 'normal' SH as the SP was .4825 for a while today.

Still BUBs SP sat around 50c for 3 days after it's announcement about it's deal with Chemist Warehouse before it took off to about $1.30.
