ok-ish logic, but they made a mistake (every 4C from UUV has a handful). they had no uptick in manufacturing cost forecast to fill the order. if they really fill it this quarter, cost will be higher.
and the loan I think is from Bergen. who is on the board. they would pull the loan if they thought UUV wasn't gonna pay them back.
chance of natural contract with US navy in 6 months is much much lower than 50%. this is a 4 man band of misfits against actual Scientists. I will happily eat my words if they win a $4m contract with the US Navy that pays the bills for 9-12 months.
