let me spell it out to you nice and slowly.
manufacturing in outsourced. it cost approx 10k to build a swarm diver from scratch. aquabotix probably have 50-100 swarm divers at least I assume and I imagine the contracts for 150k US and 350k US don't include physical production of swarmdiver but product testing and evaluation. this is 101 stage one product testing. stage 2 and 3 probably involves production and selling of swarm divers with technical support...
