Our sentiments rarely align on the two tech stocks we both follow so I won't try and convince you, I don't care that much really aside to say that a lot of the tech developement and "heavy lifting" has been completed in UUV. This would be about the right time for a crocodile to come in as the white knight scenario and take majority ownership of the company. Frequent another penny stock I follow that has completed this exact scenario for reference.
I understand you are agressively convinced this company has already failed. Until this actually goes into VA then you may want to leave the barn door slighly ajar. Always very vocally active on the forum though & I like devils advocate POV but your axe has been grinding for a long time now, aren't you exhausted? .
Anyway I picked up my patient parcel in the recent selloff and will happily wait this out now. Good luck out there, your tenacity deserves a win.
