    Syncrude is contractually obligated to sort out their horrendous tailing ponds and Scidev is in a great position to secure this.

    You got it in one!! Thats the money shot!!
    More regulation worldwide will mean all producers will have to tow the line and does not matter what the price of oil is as they will have to reduce environmental pollution from production!!
