Whilst I hold in anticipation of some strong catalysts, my original concerns regarding margins remain.
500k NPBT from $9.4mill revenue does not read excitingly but it does represent a more positive wider picture that the company has been able to remain cash flow positive a few quarters in a row.

Once the company grows inorganically through an acquisition in the water vertical, I assume we’ll grow our revenues but it may take a little longer to economise the introduction of that as well as HFT and ProSol.

We have a lot of trials on the go and some significant momentum with revenue growth (even if it has been mostly inorganic) but we just need to get a little further down the economies of scale curve to really start seeing the benefits and justifying our market cap. If we could net ~$6mill FY21, I’d be very happy with the progress.

We raised $7mill minus fees last quarter yet finished with a similar cash balance to the start of the quarter. I know we need money to make money and that aggressive growth requires investment but I’m just wary of further dilution if we can’t begin to add to our cash balance from organic growth. I’m not saying the company won’t ‘make it’, I’m just saying that at this rate it might take a little longer for shareholders to reap the capital returns.

then again, the sp is based on sentiment and the market seems to focus on revenue more than net profit at times. Here’s to hoping that’s the case here too
