@Logic - maybe go back through the AR and double check as i might have the wrong end of the stick here but your statements don't make sense.
A couple of examples; revenue from acquisitions is in note 33, page 62, made up <20% of total revenue.... so growth has not come from Highland and Prosol, there have been no free share issues to directors, i can't see where any have been given, maybe they bought them sometime ago ?
